Preparation
5-Day Life Planning Training
In preparation for the 5-Day please
- Read George Kinder’s textbook on Life Planning called Lighting the Torch, available upon registration from Kinder Institute.
- Re-read Seven Stages of Money Maturity; or, if you’re pressed for time, focus particularly on Chapter 7, Understanding: The Deep Heart’s Core.
- Also please think about and write down answers to the “Goal” exercises in Chapter 6 of Seven Stages of Money Maturity.
- Please prepare a net worth statement and personal budget and bring it with you.

Gathering 5:00 pm
Dinner 6:00 pm
Evening Session 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Day 2-5:
Breakfast 7:15 – 8:00 am
Inner Listening 8:15 – 8:45 am
Morning Session 8:45 – 12:30 pm (with 15 minute break midway)
Lunch; break 12:30 – 2:00 pm
Afternoon Session 2:00 – 5:45 pm (with 15 minute break midway)
Inner Listening 5:45 – 6:15 pm
Dinner 6:30 – 7:30 pm
Day 6:
Breakfast 7:15 – 8:00 am
