About Ethan Pepper
I am the founder of Orchard City Wealth Management, LLC, a comprehensive, fee-only wealth management firm specializing in working with employees with various forms of equity compensation. I started the firm after years of working for investment advisory firms that focused on helping older generations achieve their financial goals. I grew weary of financial service models that excluded individuals still establishing their wealth because they didn’t meet the minimum assets requirements to become a client. I wanted to help mid-career professionals thrive in their financial lives too.
I work with individuals and families who are establishing wealth and want a guide for their financial decisions to help build and protect their money. I also continue to work with ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients.
With over a decade of tax preparation experience, I enjoy discussing tax strategy and planning for real-time savings.
Compensation
Fee-only. Member of NAPFA, XYPN. My fees are based on complexity (retainer) as well as assets under management.
